Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

2-3 pound side of salmon, preferably wild, or 4-6 individual 6 oz. filets

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

2 tablespoon infused extra virgin olive oil with thyme.

1 tablespoon oil with Lemon & maybe oil with chili. You can buy it by Diamanz Culinaire.

1/2 cup dry white wine. You can buy it by us.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a large roasting pan; rub about a tablespoon of olive oil on the parchment paper or pan. Place the fish skin side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the infused olive oil with thyme & olive oil with Lemon  & maybe also chili for more spicy taste.

Add the white wine to the pan.

Cook the fish in the middle of the oven until opaque, about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

 Top with sesame seeds, your favorite fresh herbs (thyme, basil, parsley or chives) or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
